The Lersc (larch in Ladin) flat is located on the second floor. It measures 40 sq m and can accommodate 2-4 people. It consists of a double room, bathroom and living room with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchenette, table and satellite TV. The bathroom has a shower, bidet, toilet and hairdryer. There is a terrace.

The flat Peció (spruce in Ladin) is located on the ground floor. It measures 72 sq m and can accommodate 2-6 people. It consists of 2 large triple rooms, each with private bathroom, living area with fully equipped kitchenette, table and satellite TV. In the bathroom there is a shower, bidet, toilet and hairdryer.

Holiday flats in Val Badia, between tradition and modern comforts
A holiday on the Moraier farm in Val Badia will offer you an intimate contact with nature in the Dolomites. But also lots of relaxation and comfort. The children can romp around in the playground or get to know our animals, while you relax on the terrace and prepare a barbecue. In winter, you can use the nearby ski bus stop and a ski room with boot warmers and ski depot. Here you can leave your bikes in the summer. On request, you will have the farm's genuine products, such as milk, butter and eggs, or you can have a hearty breakfast with our own products. Each flat has its own parking space and you can connect to the Wi-Fi network in the entire building free of charge. For your laundry you will have a communal washing machine (extra charge). And, to forget the stress of parking, each guest will get a holiday pass giving free access to all public transport on the road. Nature and comfort go hand in hand at the Moraier farm!

A holiday farm in a quiet but logistically perfect location
The Moraier farm is ideally located: a sunny and quiet spot, just 2 ½ km from San Martino in Badia. A perfect location for relaxing, enjoying the beautiful natural surroundings. But also just a few kilometers from Alta Badia and San Vigilio di Marebbe, which can be reached in winter via the Piccolino ski lift.
Prices
Summer and winter season
Prices, check-in and check-out:
The prices are indicated per apartment and per night and they can undergo slight variations. There is a supplement of 15 EURO for every additional person. In any case, don't hesitate to request a personal offer that, whenever possible, will take into account your special requirements.
All prices include: VAT, outdoor parking, ski/bike room with a ski boot dryer, bed linen and towels with weekly change, WI-FI connection, private garden and final room cleaning (except additional cleaning).
The prices do NOT include the local tourist tax of EURO 2,60 per person (over 14 years old) per day.
Additional services (excluded from the apartment rate): shared washing machine
For check-in and key collection guests are kindly asked to come to the small reception on the first floor
Discounts for children:
- up to 3 years: 100%
- from 3 to 12 years old: 20%
The apartments are available from 2PM on the day of arrival until 9AM on the day of departure.
The check-in is possible between 2PM and 8PM (we kindly ask our guests to inform us in advance, if the check-in is planned outside this time window). Upon departure, guests are kindly asked to leave their apartment clean and tidy. Whenever extra cleaning is required, the management has the right to apply additional charges.
Booking:
The booking is considered binding only after the payment of the deposit equal to 25% of the entire price of your stay. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. Please transfer the deposit to the following bank account:

Payment modes and staying policies:
The accommodation bill can be paid in the following ways:
- in cash, for amounts up to1.999,99 Euros;
- by bank transfer (in this case, the entire payment has to be transferred before or during your stay);
- by credit card (VISA, Maestro, Mastercard, Euro Card) and/or debit card;
In case of late arrival, early departure or smaller number of guests, the total price of the reservation will be billed.
Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartments. Guests are asked to inform the owners about visitors.
During your stay, we reserve one's right to enter the apartments for inspection purposes.
Upon prior agreement and surcharge, we accept small pets only in some of the apartments and provided that their owners undertake entire responsibility for any damage caused by their pets.

Winter
A sea of slopes of all levels at your disposal. Surrounded by breathtaking peaks and panoramas. A winter holiday on the Moraier farm in Val Badia will leave you spoilt for choice. From the Plan de Corones ski area, more than 100 km of slopes for every taste accessible via the Piccolino lift, to the slopes of Alta Badia, you will be in the heart of the Dolomiti Superski. If you love the more intimate dimension of winter, you can enjoy cross-country skiing at Passo delle Erbe or Pederü/San Vigilio di Marebbe, the silence of the forest, the whiteness of the snow and the dolomite spires. Unique experiences!
Summer
Nature, outdoor activities, freedom in the beautiful surroundings of the Dolomites. Summer on the Moraier farm knows no boundaries. From a simple walk to a via ferrata to a famous peak. Alta Badia and its dense network of trails are only a few kilometres away. But also Antermoia, with the beautiful Passo delle Erbe on the slopes of Sass de Putia, and San Vigilio di Marebbe with the Fanes-Sennes-Braies natural park and Plan de Corones. Boots or bike, there is no difference: pack your rucksack and go. There is a right itinerary for everyone!
